Reportable quantity definition

Reportable quantity means one of the following:
Reportable quantity means quantities of a released regulated substance which equal or exceed the reportable quantity under the federal "Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980", as amended, and petroleum products in quantities of twenty-five gallons or more.
Reportable quantity means the amount of a hazardous substance or extremely hazardous substance that is required to be reported under federal law under 42 U.S.C. 9602(a) and (b) and 42 U.S.C. 9603(a). (40 CFR 302.4 or 40 CFR 355 Appendix A.)

  • The Concessionaire shall provide notice to the City as soon as possible, but in no event later than 24 hours following the Concessionaire’s becoming aware of the discharge, dumping, spilling or other release (accidental or otherwise) of any Reportable Quantity of Hazardous Substances occurring on or at the System and the location at which the incident has occurred, the time, the agencies involved, the damage that has occurred and the remedial action taken.

  • Lessor shall report any Release of a Hazardous Material from its Operations onto the Premises in an amount equal to or greater than the Reportable Quantity for that substance to Lessee and, as required by Legal Requirements, to the appropriate government agency(ies) and/or authority(ies).

  • It is each tenant's and airport user's responsibility to know the Reportable Quantity (RQ) of all oil and/or hazardous materials permanently or temporarily stored on its leasehold and operating areas.

  • Seller must supply a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) that complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 to Buyer, to be on file at Buyer’s facility, including the DOT Hazard Class UN, NFPA Rating numbers, and EPA Reportable Quantity, and technical data sheets on usage of material.

  • Tenants and airport users must notify Massport Environmental Management of any spill that involves a release of oil and/or hazardous material that exceeds the Reportable Quantity (RQ) (see explanation below), and of any spill, regardless of quantity, that enters a storm water system or runs off onto an unpaved surface or into Boston Harbor.

Reportable quantity means for any CERCLA hazardous substance or extremely hazardous substance, the reportable quantity established in 40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 302, Table 302.4 or in 40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 355, Appendixes A and B, for such substance.[PL 1989, c. 464, §3 (NEW).]
Reportable quantity means that amount defined in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, pertinent regulations thereunder or other relevant Environmental Laws.

Reportable quantity means, with respect to a Release, a Release that is one or more barrels, or less than one barrel if required to be reported to a government agency pursuant to Environmental Laws.
