Reportable quantities definition

Reportable quantities means quan- tities that may be harmful as set forth in § 117.3, the discharge of which is a violation of section 311(b)(3) and re- quires notice as set forth in § 117.21.
Reportable quantities means quantities of a released regulated substance which equal or exceed the reportable quantity under the federal "Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980", as amended, and petroleum products in quantities of twenty-five gallons or more.
Reportable quantities means the threshold amount of any Disposal or Release of a Hazardous Substance, or the threshold amount of any Hazardous Substance used, stored, or produced which is required by local, state or federal law or regulation to be reported to the National Response Center, the Illinois Emergency Services and Disaster Agency or other federal or state or local agency.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessee may, without Lessor's prior consent, but upon notice to Lessor and in compliance with all Applicable Requirements, use any ordinary and customary materials reasonably required to be used by Lessee in the normal course of the Permitted Use, so long as such use is not a Reportable Use and does not expose the Premises or neighboring properties to any meaningful risk of contamination or damage or expose Lessor to any liability therefor. In addition, Lessor may (but without any obligation to do so) condition its consent to any Reportable Use of any Hazardous Substance by Lessee upon Lessee's giving Lessor such additional assurances as Lessor, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary to protect itself, the public, the Premises and the environment against damage, contamination or injury and/or liability therefor, including but not limited to the installation (and, at Lessor's option, removal on or before Lease expiration or earlier termination) of reasonably necessary protective modifications to the Premises (such as concrete encasements) and/or the deposit of an additional Security Deposit under Paragraph 5 hereof.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.
