Reportable Incident definition

Reportable Incident means a situation in which a Client has suffered Harm or experienced a Close Call or any Hazard that could lead to Client harm, all in accordance with Schedule “D”, Appendix 4.
Reportable Incident means the following conduct that a mandated reporter is required to report to the vulnerable persons' central register:
Reportable Incident means any accident, injury, property or environmental damage or any potential breach of any Law that occurs during or as a result of this agreement. Schedule refers to the Schedule of this agreement. Services means those services which the Contractor is to perform under this agreement, more specifically set out in Annexure A. Special Conditions mean the special conditions set out in Annexure D, if any.

Examples of Reportable Incident in a sentence

  • Reportable Incident - An occurrence or event which must be reported immediately to the Division and for which there is reasonable cause to believe that a resident has been abused, neglected, mistreated or subjected to financial exploitation/misappropriation of their property as those terms are defined in 16 Delaware Code, §1131 and/or 42 CFR 483.13(c).

  • Reportable Incident means any accident, injury, property or environmental damage or any potential breach of any Law that occurs during or as a result of this agreement.

  • Upon involvement in an Aircraft Accident or National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Reportable Incident (see 49 CFR Part 830), a pilot will be suspended from pilot duties and from any other activity authorized under the Interagency Pilot Qualification card(s), pending the investigation outcome.

  • Post Reportable Incident Testing will take place no later than 12 hours after the incident where a reportable incident falls within the following criteria.

  • Post Reportable Incident is defined as any accident or event that occurs in the course of work which results in personal injury, vehicle damage, property damage and/or any incident that has the potential for significant risk of harm or injury to persons or equipment.


More Definitions of Reportable Incident

Reportable Incident means an occurrence of any of the following while the patient is either in the FMRTF or in the care of personnel:
Reportable Incident means an act by a health care provider which: (1) Is or may be below the applicable standard of care and has a reasonable probability of causing injury to a patient; or (2) may be grounds for disciplinary action by the appropriate licensing agency.

Reportable Incident means an occurrence or event which must be reported immediately to the Division and for which there is reasonable cause to believe that a resident has been abused, neglected, mistreated or subjected to financial exploitation as those terms are defined in 16 Del.C. §1131. Reportable incident also includes an occurrence or event listed in Section 10.7 of these regulations.
