Reportable Incident - An occurrence or event which must be reported immediately to the Division and for which there is reasonable cause to believe that a resident has been abused, neglected, mistreated or subjected to financial exploitation/misappropriation of their property as those terms are defined in 16 Delaware Code, §1131 and/or 42 CFR 483.13(c).
Reportable Incident means any accident, injury, property or environmental damage or any potential breach of any Law that occurs during or as a result of this agreement.
