Reportable conduct definition

Reportable conduct means wrongful acts or omissions that may constitute a basis for disciplinary action under this chapter or any state law or administrative rule that gives the board jurisdiction over the conduct of a licensee.
Reportable conduct as defined in the Children’s Guardian Act 2019 (NSW) means:
Reportable conduct means wrongful acts or omissions that are grounds for license revocation or suspension under these rules or that otherwise constitute negligence, careless acts or omissions that demonstrate a licensee’s inability to practice medicine competently, safely, or within the bounds of medical ethics, pursuant to Iowa Code sections 272C.3(2) and 272C.4(6) and 653—Chapter 23.

Examples of Reportable conduct in a sentence

  • To enable the School Council to meet its obligations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme, the Contractor must: notify the School Council as soon as possible and no later than three business days after becoming aware of a Reportable Allegation in connection with the Services; and provide the School Council with such information as requested or otherwise required by the School Council to allow independent investigation of the Reportable Allegation.

  • As a condition of this agreement the Hirer must ensure that it complies with the requirements as set within the Child Wellbeing and Safety Xxx 0000, Victorian Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme.

More Definitions of Reportable conduct

Reportable conduct means grounds in accordance with NSW Child Protection Legislation to report allegations of any assault, neglect or ill-treatment of a child to the NSW Ombudsman, and in some cases to the NSW Police, the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) and the Office of the Children's Guardian (OCG), as detailed in Schedule 3 of this Agreement; "Run/s" means a route for the Service to be provided by a selected Contractor whether for one student or a group of students travelling together in one Designated Vehicle or Designated Vehicles to a specified locality or localities, generally to or from school or other destination nominated in writing by the Department
