Report Check definition

Report Check means the online platform made available by GIA to view Reports for Articles (including the Service Results associated with the Article that is the subject of the Report) at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/report-check-landing (or such other or replacement URL as specified by GIA from time to time).

Report Check means the online platform made available by GIA to view Reports for Articles (including the Service Results associated with the Article that is the subject of the Report) at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/report-check-landing (or such other or replacement URL as specified by GIA from time to time). 「レポートチェック」とは、GIAが提供する、宝石類に関するレポートを閲覧するオンラインプラットフォーム (URL:xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/report-check-landing 又はGIAが随時指定するその他の又は代替URL)(レポート対象の宝石類関連のサービス結果を含みます。)をいいます。

  • If you have already paid for the Services, then GIA will, where applicable, (a) include the Service Results with the Article and (b) make available a Report via Report Check.

  • The initial acquisition of FOP as well as initial costs tied to Outlet Staff and Rent means that while costs start running from before the business is open, the revenues start from 0, as can be seen in all the runs presented in Figure 12.

  • If you have not paid for the Services, then GIA may return the Article without the Service Results or a corresponding Report being available on Report Check and upon receipt of payment from you, GIA will provide to you the applicable Service Results and if applicable make the Report available via Report Check.

  • With respect to Reports for Articles that were submitted to GIA or to a GIA Affiliated Laboratory (including without limitation any Articles submitted by or for you prior to the date of this Agreement), GIA and the GIA Affiliated Laboratories may make publicly available information from those Reports, including without limitation via Report Check.

  • GIA may also, in its sole discretion, elect to remove and stop making available information in one or more Reports via (or elect not to include a Report on) Report Check.

Related to Report Check

  • E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.

  • Police Check means a formal inquiry made to the relevant police authority in each State or Territory and designed to obtain details of an individual’s criminal conviction or a finding of guilt in all places (within and outside Australia) that the Grantee knows the person has resided in;

  • Case Report Form means a printed, optical or electronic document or database designed to record all of the information, which is required by the Protocol to be reported to the Sponsor on each Study Participant.

  • Attestation Report As defined in Section 3.17.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 7;

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Remittance Period, the aggregate amount of Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Remittance Report A report prepared by the Master Servicer and delivered to the Trustee and the NIM Insurer in accordance with Section 4.04.

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.
