Replacement Work definition

Replacement Work means the activities associated with replacing an authority pole.
Replacement Work means re-allocation of the Work provided by the Supplier under this Contract to BT or another supplier as notified by BT;
Replacement Work means corrective action to be performed by LEP or a Project SPE to restore normal operation of a Covered Asset involving the complete replacement of such Covered Asset with new equipment of similar quality, capacity and performance.

  • The Maintenance Services shall include Routine Maintenance 25 and Capital Asset Replacement Work, each of which will be funded through separate 26 funding sources.

  • In addition, during any significant Capital Asset Replacement Work, Developer’s DBE liaison and Maintenance Manager (or designee responsible for the management of the Capital Asset Replacement Work) shall meet with the Compliance Oversight Committee on a monthly basis.

  • In addition, if the DBE Goal for such Capital Asset Replacement Work is not met, the Final DBE Utilization Summary Report must include documentation of Good Faith Efforts taken by Developer prior to and throughout performance of such Capital Asset Replacement Work in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, Appendix A and Section 15.01 of these DBE Special Provisions.

  • A Summary Certification of Final DBE Payments for such Capital Asset Replacement Work must be included with the Final DBE Utilization Summary Report, in accordance with Section 20.0 of these DBE Special Provisions.

  • Within 60 days after completion of any Capital Asset Replacement Work, Developer shall prepare and submit to ADOT a Final DBE Utilization Summary Report.


More Definitions of Replacement Work

Replacement Work has the meaning given in Section 4.8(c) of Schedule 8 [Intellectual Property].

Related to Replacement Work

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
