Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.
Replacement Agent means the Fiscal Agent or, in respect of any Tranche of Notes, the Paying Agent named as such in the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be);
Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).
replacement grant means an option that a reasonable person would consider to be granted in relation to a prior or potential cancellation of an option;
Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.
Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;
Replacement Bank shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.13.
Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;
Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);
Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed to perform the Services by the Purchaser from time to time.
Benchmark Replacement Date means the earliest to occur of the following events with respect to the then-current Benchmark:

Benchmark Replacement means, for any Available Tenor, the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Administrative Agent for the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date:
Replacement unit means a landfill, surface impoundment, or waste pile unit from which all or substantially all of the waste is removed, and which is subsequently reused to treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste. Replacement unit does not include a unit from which waste is removed during closure, if the subsequent reuse solely involves the disposal of waste from that unit and other closing units or corrective action areas at the facility, in accordance with a closure or corrective action plan approved by USEPA or the Agency.
Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.
Permanent Supportive Housing means voluntary, flexible supports to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities choose, get, and keep housing that is decent, safe, affordable, and integrated into the community. Tenants have access to an array of services that help them keep their housing, such as case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, and crisis response consistent with evidence-based practice standards published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Replacement Term Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.1.
Housing Provider means, with respect to a HOME Development, Local Government, consortia approved by HUD under 24 CFR Part 92, for-profit and Non-Profit Developers, and qualified CHDOs, with demonstrated capacity to construct or rehabilitate affordable housing.
Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
