Replacement Teacher definition

Replacement Teacher means a Teacher employed for a Fixed Term, to replace a Permanent or Probationary Teacher beginning when a continuous absence is known to extend or has in fact extended into the next school year, but excludes an Occasional Teacher.
Replacement Teacher means a teacher employed by a board of education or the conseil scolaire, as the case may be, for one complete academic year for the purposes of replacing an existing teacher who is on a leave of absence for one complete academic year; (« enseignant remplaçant »)

Replacement Teacher means a teacher who is registered by the Teachers and Schools Registration Board and is employed for a limited period in order to replace a teacher who is on leave or temporarily transferred or promoted.
