Replacement Member definition

Replacement Member means a Member who is hired to replace a permanent Member who is absent from the Member’s regular duties of work for reasons including vacations, sickness, floater holidays, secondments, leaves of absence and time off in lieu of time worked, or for filling a vacancy temporarily pending the completion of the job posting procedures.
Replacement Member means a Person appointed to replace a Representative Member in accordance with clause 5.
Replacement Member means a Member appointed pursuant to Section 6.2(g) of the Liquidating Trust Agreement to fill the vacancy created by a Former Member.

More Definitions of Replacement Member

Replacement Member means a person appointed by a Sponsor or the Steering Committee, as appropriate, to replace a Member who resigns or is unavailable to serve on the Steering Committee.

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.
