Replacement Manager definition

Replacement Manager means any Person appointed to replace the Manager and to assume the obligations of Manager under the Management Agreement.
Replacement Manager means the State, its Affiliate, a State agency or any replacement provider designated by the State to manage the Lottery.

Replacement Manager. Any Person appointed to replace the then Manager as manager of the Managed Containers, which Person shall be acceptable to the Requisite Global Majority.
