Replacement Item definition

Replacement Item means a Samsung item that We, the Insurer, supply to You. It may be a changeover item that has been re-manufactured or refurbished under a recognised changeover program. Successful Claim: means a claim received by Us where We Repair the Covered Item, replace the Covered Item or pay You the Cover Amount.

Examples of Replacement Item in a sentence

• We will not charge your credit card for the Replacement Item, or we will refund your payment for such Replacement Item as long as: 1) you return the original part or product to us within 10 days of your receipt of the Replacement Item and 2) we confirm that your product issue is covered under the Dell Limited Hardware Warranty.

• Before providing an Advanced Exchange, Dell may require a valid credit card number and credit authorization or payment for the Replacement Item from you prior to sending you such Replacement Item.

• If we do not receive your original part or product within 10 days, we will charge your credit card for the then-current standard price for the Replacement Item, or, if payment was required in advance of shipment, will not refund your payment.

• If We elect to replace the Covered Item with a Replacement Item, it will be an identical item or, if an identical item is not available, an item with equivalent specifications to the Covered Item.

• The Replacement Item We supply may have a lower market value than the Covered Item.

More Definitions of Replacement Item

Replacement Item or "Replacement Items" shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.1 of the Loan Agreement.

Replacement Item or "Replacement Equipment" shall have a fair market value at the time of such replacement equal to the then fair market value of the Equipment or Items thereof for which replacement is made, and anticipated to have a fair market value at the expiration of the Base Term equal to the fair market value which the Equipment or Items for which replacement is made would have had at the end of the Base Term, and (i) be the same type and of at least equal capacity to the Equipment for which the replacement is being made. Replacement Item shall have the meaning assigned to it in SECTION 10(J)(9). "REPORTABLE EVENT" shall mean any of the events described in Section 4043(b) (1), (2), (3), (5), (6), (8) or (9) of ERISA. "RESPONSIBLE OFFICER" shall mean the President, any Vice President, the Treasurer, the Chief Financial Officer and any other officer of Aladdin Gaming directly responsible for the consummation of the Transaction and/or the operation of the Aladdin Hotel and Casino. "RESTRICTED PAYMENTS" shall have the meaning assigned to it in SECTION 11(F). "RETIREE WELFARE PLAN" shall refer to any Welfare Plan providing for continuing coverage or benefits for any participant or any beneficiary of a participant after such participant's termination of employment, other than continuation coverage provided pursuant to Section 4980B of the IRC and at the sole expense of the participant or the beneficiary of the participant.
