Replacement Facility definition

Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

Replacement Facility as defined in Section 2.24(a).

Replacement Facility as defined in Section 11.1.

• The foregoing notwithstanding, the applicable lenders may consent to a different commitment fee to be paid pursuant to the terms of any applicable Incremental Facility Amendment, Replacement Facility Amendment or Extension Offer.
