Replacement Deliverables definition

Replacement Deliverables any deliverables which are substantially similar to any of the Deliverables and which the Buyer receives in substitution for any of the Deliverables , whether those goods are provided by the Buyer internally and/or by any third party; "Request For Information" a request for information or an apparent request relating to the Contract for the provision of the Deliverables or an apparent request for such information under the FOIA or the EIRs;
