Replacement Credit definition

Replacement Credit means a credit issued by us at our discretion that can be redeemed at a Retail Partner store of our choice for you to purchase a replacement Appliance.
Replacement Credit means an Environmental Product delivered by a Warranting Seller in satisfaction of its Revocation Obligations in respect of a Revoked Credit, which Replacement Credit meets the delivery specifications of the Physically Settled Environmental Futures Transaction under which the Revoked Credit was delivered by the Warranting Seller;
Replacement Credit means a credit issued by Us at Our discretion that can be redeemed at a Smiths City store of Our choice for You to purchase a replacement Appliance.

Examples of Replacement Credit in a sentence

  • During the Warranty Period, a Warranty Replacement Credit toward Replacement Product shall be 100%.

  • A Warranty Replacement Credit may be redeemed for Replacement Product and does not have any other value.

  • The other Party shall return the original Credit Support to the Party causing the Replacement Credit Support to be issued within five (5) Business Days after receipt of the Replacement Credit Support.

  • The Replacement Credit Card and subsequent renewals of it must be used instead.

More Definitions of Replacement Credit

Replacement Credit means the excess of the sum of the amounts stated pursuant to Items (vi) and (vii) of the Maintenance Certificate over the amount stated pursuant to Item (iii).

  • Replacement Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.
