Replacement Contractor definition

Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.
Replacement Contractor means any contractor engaged to replace the Contractor or any sub-contractor of the Contractor;
Replacement Contractor means any third party supplier appointed by the Authority to supply any goods which are substantially similar to any of the Goods and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Goods following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • H8.1 Upon termination the Contractor shall render reasonable assistance to the Authority to the extent necessary to effect an orderly assumption by a Replacement Contractor of the Services in accordance with the following procedure set out in clause H9 (Exit Procedures).

Replacement Contractor means any third party supplier appointed by the Customer to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract;
