Replacement Capital Covenant definition

Replacement Capital Covenant has the meaning specified in the introduction to this instrument.
Replacement Capital Covenant means the Replacement Capital Covenant dated of even date herewith, as amended or supplemented from time to time, executed by the Company in favor of the holders of the Company’s 6.875% Senior Notes due 2012 issued pursuant to the indenture and the first supplemental indenture thereto, in each case dated as of September 25, 2002 by and between the Company and the Trustee.
Replacement Capital Covenant means the Replacement Capital Covenant, dated as of June 21, 2007, by the Issuer, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and Section 2.02(a)(vii) hereof.

Replacement Capital Covenant means the Replacement Capital Covenant, dated as of May 22, 2008, by the Company, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and Section 2.2(a)(ii) hereof.
