Replacement Assets definition

Replacement Assets means (1) tangible non-current assets that will be used or useful in a Permitted Business or (2) substantially all the assets of a Permitted Business or a majority of the Voting Stock of any Person engaged in a Permitted Business that will become on the date of acquisition thereof a Restricted Subsidiary.
Replacement Assets means, on any date, property or assets (other than current assets) of a nature or type or that are used in the businesses of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary (including any Capital Stock in a Person holding such property or assets, which is or will upon the acquisition by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary of such Capital Stock become a Restricted Subsidiary).
Replacement Assets has the meaning provided in Section 4.16.
