Repayment contract definition

Repayment contract means the agreement to repay (Form 470-0495) sent to a debtor to voluntarily complete and return. The form tells the amount and program(s) overpaid and gives the debtor a choice of repayment methods. Failure to return this form may result in further collection actions.
Repayment contract means the contract dated December 1, 1988 (Contract No. 14-06-W-245, Amendment No. 1) between the United States and CAWCD for the delivery of water and the repayment of costs of the CAP. The term includes all amendments to and revisions of that contract.

  • Term contract means contracts established by the chief procurement officer for specific supplies, services, or information technology for a specified time and for which it is mandatory that all governmental bodies procure their requirements during its term.
