Repair Service definition

Repair Service means service to collect the damaged Covered Device from the Insured for repair and afterward deliver the successful repaired Covered Device door to door to the Insured.

Repair Service means minor adjustments to Product, repair of defective Product, or provision of Repair or Replacement Product.

Repair Service means the repair, refurbishment and/or update of SGI Product by RSP hereunder. For purposes of this definition, “repair and/or refurbish” means the restoration of a SGI Product to its original (or updated by SGI engineering change order, if agreed by the parties) specification and functionality. Repair Service includes all testing and inspection by RSP to verify that repaired or updated SGI Product performs in accordance with the manufacturer’s original and/or revised specifications, set forth hereto as Exhibit B.
