Repair Plans. All Expert Protection Repair Plans are “Date of Purchase” Plans. The Expert Protection Service Plan term begins on the date of product purchase or date of installation by the selling retailer (proof of installation date will be required if different from product purchase date) and continues for the period of time defined on your sales receipt. This Plan is inclusive of the manufacturer’s warranty; it does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty but may provide certain benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. Actual service coverage under this Plan begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original or factory‐refurbished parts and/or labor warranty. During the manufacturer’s warranty period, any parts, labor, on‐site service or shipping costs covered by that warranty are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. After each portion or all of the manufacturer’s warranty expires, this Plan will furnish replacement parts and/or labor necessary to restore your covered product to standard manufacturer’s operating condition. If service is required because of a product failure during normal usage, the Administrator has the option to repair the defective product or replace it with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement part or product may be new or refurbished. Replacement Plans: The Expert Protection Replacement Plans are “Date of Purchase” Plans. The Expert Protection Replacement Plan term begins on the date of product purchase and continues for the period of time defined on your sales receipt or until a replacement claim is paid, whichever occurs first. Actual replacement coverage under this Plan begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s original or factory‐refurbished parts and/or labor warranty. In the event your covered product suffers a mechanical or electrical failure, after expiration of the manufacturer warranty, this Plan will replace your original product with a product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily the same brand. A replacement product may be new or refurbished. The Replacement Plan is limited to one replacement for products purchased for less than $500 and does not cover trip, labor or shipping. Related to Repair Plans

  • As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects.   • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Seller Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained, or contributed to, by the Seller or any ERISA Affiliate.

  • Statutory Plans means statutory benefit plans which a Party or any of its subsidiaries is required to participate in or comply with or in respect of which any of them has an actual or potential liability, including the Canada Pension Plan and Quebec Pension Plan and plans administered pursuant to applicable health, tax, workplace safety insurance and employment insurance legislation;

  • Buyer Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02(b).

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Restoration means the repair and restoration of an Individual Property after a Casualty or Condemnation as nearly as possible to the condition the Individual Property was in immediately prior to such Casualty or Condemnation, with such alterations as may be reasonably approved by Lender.
