Repair area definition

Repair area means an area, either in its natural state or which is capable of being modified, consistent with these Rules, which is reserved for the installation of additional nitrification fields and is not covered with structures or impervious materials.

  • Maintain" and "Maintenance" means all work (including all labor, supplies, materials and equipment) reasonably necessary for the cleaning and routine upkeep of any property, structures, surfaces, facilities, fixtures (including but not limited to media plug-ins and cable and all wiring attendant thereto); equipment or furnishings, or any other component of a Repair Area in order to preserve such items in their existing condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • Damaged Property" means any equipment, facility, structure, furniture, fixture or any other component of a Repair Area which is damaged or destroyed, including any damage or destruction resulting from the acts or omissions of third parties (including licensees or invitees of the Partnership and including licensees or invitees of the District with respect to any District sponsored Non-Baseball Events).
