Reorganized Equity definition

Reorganized Equity means the shares of common stock or other equity securities of Reorganized GMR authorized to be issued pursuant to the Plan and the Amended Organizational Documents, which shall be subject to the Restructuring Transactions as set forth in the Plan.
Reorganized Equity means common shares of the parent of the Reorganized Debtors (“Reorganized NPC Parent”) to be issued on the Effective Date to holders of First Lien Secured Claims and holders of First Lien Secured Claims that subscribe for Rights Offering Shares upon conversion thereof.
Reorganized Equity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.08.

  • Shares of Reorganized Equity Interests shall be authorized under the New Organizational Documents, issued on the Effective Date and distributed as soon as practicable thereafter in accordance with the Plan.

More Definitions of Reorganized Equity

Reorganized Equity. Means the new common shares of the ultimate parent of the Reorganized Debtors to be issued (i) on the Effective Date or (ii) as otherwise permitted pursuant to the Acceptable Plan pursuant to the Restructuring, in each case, in the event of a Stand-Alone Restructuring Plan; provided that, to the extent that the Stand-Alone Restructuring Plan is implemented through an asset sale, Reorganized Equity shall mean the new common shares of the ultimate parent of the entities acquiring substantially all of the then-existing assets of the Debtors.
Reorganized Equity means the shares of common stock of Reorganized McClatchy authorized pursuant to its certificate of incorporation, the form of which will be included in the Plan Supplement.

  • Reorganized means, with respect to the Debtors, any Debtor or any successor thereto, by merger, consolidation or otherwise, on or after the Effective Date.

  • Pledged Equity Interests means all Pledged Stock, Pledged LLC Interests, Pledged Partnership Interests and Pledged Trust Interests.

  • New Equity means the common equity interests in Reorganized Neiman to be authorized, issued, or reserved on the Effective Date pursuant to the Plan.
