Reorganized Debtor definition

Reorganized Debtor means a Debtor, or any successor or assign thereto, by merger, consolidation, or otherwise, on and after the Effective Date.

Reorganized Debtor or "Reorganized Debtors" means individually any Debtor and collectively all Debtors from and after the Effective Date.
