Reorganization Shares definition

Reorganization Shares shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 7.4.

More Definitions of Reorganization Shares

Reorganization Shares means, collectively, the Class 1 Reorganization Shares, Class 2

Reorganization Shares. Each class of Acquired Fund Shares is substantially similar to the corresponding class of Reorganization Shares, i.e., the Funds' Class A, Class B, Class C and Class I shares correspond to each other. In consideration of the premises of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:

Reorganization Shares means the shares of a Buying Portfolio to be issued to the corresponding Selling Portfolio in a Reorganization under this Agreement.

Reorganization Shares has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2.3(b)(ii) of this Plan of Arrangement;

Reorganization Shares means the Company Shares held by all Reorganization Participants.

Reorganization Shares means those Shares issued at any Closing pursuant to the Reorganization.
