This Lease shall be construed and deemed to be a commercial lease, notwithstanding that parts of the Demised Premises are used for residential purposes and may be considered "Rental Units" (as this term is defined under the RTA).

If Swire rejects the variation order, Swire shall only be obliged to provide the Sales Goods, Rental Equipment, Rental Units or Services as described in the original Order and the Customer shall remain obliged to pay for and accept such Sales Goods, Rental Equipment, Rental Units or Services subject to the terms of this Agreement.
