Rental Schedule definition

Rental Schedule a document in the form of Exhibit 1 hereto evidencing the agreement by Lessor and Lessee to lease the Equipment listed thereon pursuant to the Rent, terms and conditions set forth thereon and incorporating this Agreement by reference.
Rental Schedule means each schedule, executed by Lessor and Lessee pursuant to this Master Lease, providing for a description of some or all of the Equipment to be leased hereunder, the place or places where such Equipment shall be located, its Acquisition Cost, the Basic Rent payable by Lessee with respect thereto, the Primary Term thereof, the Lease Commencement Date with respect thereto, and such other matters as Lessor and Lessee may agree upon.

  • By doing so, you irrevocably authorise us to pay the supplier of the Goods specified in the Rental Schedule in order for us to procure the Goods.
