Rental Payments definition

Rental Payments means the rental payments paid by the occupant of a unit, excluding any supplemental rental assistance to the occupant from the State, the federal government, or any other public agency, but including any mandatory fees or charges imposed on the occupant by the Owner as a condition of occupancy of the unit.
Rental Payments means, with respect to each Lease, the basic rental payments payable by Lessee on the Rental Payment Dates and in the amounts as specified in the related Payment Schedule, consisting of a principal component and an interest component, and in all cases sufficient to repay the principal component under such Lease and interest thereon at the applicable Contract Rate (or Taxable Rate if then in effect).
Rental Payments means, collectively, the Base Rental Payments and the Additional Rental Payments.

  • Lessee shall not permit the Federal Government to guarantee any Rental Payments under this Agreement.

  • If the Customer fails to make any Rental Payments or causes any loss or damage to the BWC (in whole or in part), Peoplesafe shall be entitled to apply the Deposit against such default, loss or damage.

More Definitions of Rental Payments

Rental Payments means rental payments made under equipment leases permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
