Examples of Rental Payments in a sentence
Lessee shall not permit the Federal Government to guarantee any Rental Payments under this Agreement.
If the Customer fails to make any Rental Payments or causes any loss or damage to the BWC (in whole or in part), Peoplesafe shall be entitled to apply the Deposit against such default, loss or damage.
Any such matter shall not have any effect whatsoever on the rights and obligations of Lessor under this Agreement, including the right to receive full and timely Rental Payments and other payments hereunder.
The Lessor leases (by way of forward lease) the Leased Asset to the Lessee in consideration for the Advance Rental Payments and Rental Payments and the Lessee accepts the lease of the Leased Asset upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
