Rental Fees means as described in Article 5 herein.

Any prepayment of Slip rent is made at risk by the Vessel Owner and no refunds shall be made for months the Slip was unoccupied by the Vessel or due to termination of this Agreement by either party. The Division reserves the right to increase Slip rental fees upon prior written notice to Vessel Owner.
