Rental Details definition

Rental Details means the section of the Equipment Rental Agreement entitled “Rental Details”. Site means the location at which the Equipment is to be located as set out in the Rental Details, or such other location as agreed by Komatsu. Term means the period from the Commencement Date to the Completion Date or such other period as the parties may agree in writing.
Rental Details. For the rental of the Property, Lessee shall pay sum designated by the system for the use of the Property. Owner agrees to reserve Xxxxxx’s requested date and timeframe (hereinafter called the “Reserved Date”) for the use of the Lessee. Lessee has use of the property on the Reserved Date with the time allotted for the event during reserved times. Lessee will have access to the building from the designated timeframe agreed upon on the Reserved Date. This includes time for setup, breakdown and cleanup. ALL events must end by the agreed upon time. In accordance with local municipal regulations, the latest available time is 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday, or 11:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Extended hours may be available for additional rental fees. OCCUPANCY DETAILS: The Maximum Building Occupancy or Attendee count must not exceed 150. Lessee will be solely responsible for adhering to the Maximum Building Occupancy restrictions and assure that all event Attendees comply with these standards.

  • The Customer agrees and acknowledges that not all of the information set out in the Rental Details relating to the Equipment, such as the serial number of the Equipment, may be available for insertion into the Rental Details at the date of execution of the Equipment Rental Agreement.

  • When such information is available Komatsu will notify the Customer and the Customer authorises Komatsu to insert such details into the Rental Details.

  • You must ensure that the Vehicle is only driven by an Authorised Driver (which includes the Hirer and any Additional Driver approved by Us and noted in the Rental Details Document).

  • The contract (Rental Agreement) that You have entered into with Us comprises the rental document describing the details of the hire of the Vehicle (Rental Details Document), any Vehicle Condition Report, these rental terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and the Linkt Terms and Conditions.

  • When We refer to the ‘Rental Agreement’ We mean the Rental Details Document, Vehicle Condition Report and these Terms and Conditions.

  • Your rental of the Vehicle from Us is for the Rental Period at the rate shown in the Rental Details Document.

  • To implement a uniform and consistent rate, a new toll rate analysis and supplemental environmentalreview would be required.

  • Each time We do so We will charge an infringement administration fee in the amount shown on the Rental Details Document (including GST).

  • If We do not approve Your request for an extension to the Rental Period, You must return the Vehicle by the date and time specified in the Rental Details Document.

  • Rental housing means development of a building or structure with four or more dwelling units all of which are intended for use as rented residential premises.

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Carrying Cost means book value of the assets and interest accrued thereon but not received;

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;

  • Base Year means the period set forth in Section 5 of the Summary.
