Rental and Service Agreement definition

Rental and Service Agreement means the agreement made between Customer and United for United to rent Equipment and/or provided Services, whether that Agreement is made in person at the Store Location, online, or at the time of Equipment delivery, and which incorporates by reference these Rental and Service Terms and which identifies the Equipment to be rented by Customer. The Agreement incorporates these Rental and Service Terms by reference.

Examples of Rental and Service Agreement in a sentence

  • Neither party shall be liable to the other party for failure to comply with the terms of the Rental and Service Agreement or performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such failure has been caused by Force Majeure, provided that the non-performing party shall give notice to the other party as soon as commercially possible and shall exercise reasonable efforts to resume performance.

  • Letter Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;
