Rentable Area of the Building definition

Rentable Area of the Building. The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(11)
Rentable Area of the Building means the aggregate of the rentable area of all rentable premises in the Building that are rented, or designated or intended by the Landlord to be rented, for offices or business purposes, expressed in square feet and/or square meters as certified by the Architect, measured in accordance with the “BOMA Standards” of area measurement, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Schedule “C”, but excluding the Ice Amphitheatre, the Bus Terminal, the Storage Areas, the Parking Areas and the Retail Areas;
Rentable Area of the Building means the sum of areas on all floors of the Building (ground floor and above) plus mechanical space, loading docks and other common service areas including the Two Hundred Square feet allocated by Landlord to the Drive-Up Window and Remote Unit being built solely at the expense of Tenant. Rentable Area of the Building shall be deemed to be 5,200 square feet.

Examples of Rentable Area of the Building in a sentence

  • The parties shall diligently attempt in good faith to resolve the disagreement over the Rentable Area or Usable Area of the Premises or the Rentable Area of the Building within thirty (30) days after the date on which Landlord receives Tenant's Notice of Disapproval.

  • Subject to verification as provided in Subsection 1.4.2, the Rentable Area (as defined in Section 1.4) and Usable Area (as defined in Section 1.4) of the Premises are square feet and square feet, respectively, while the Rentable Area of the Building is square feet.

  • If Tenant disagrees with the determination of the Rentable Area or Usable Area of the Premises or the Rentable Area of the Building as calculated by Landlord's architect, Tenant shall provide Landlord with written notice of Tenant's disagreement ("Tenant's Notice of Disapproval") within thirty (30) days after the date on which Tenant receives the calculation by Landlord's architect.

  • Within thirty (30) days after completion of construction of the Premises as provided in Exhibit C, Landlord's architect shall calculate and certify in writing to Landlord and Tenant the Rentable Area and Usable Area of the Premises and the Rentable Area of the Building.

  • Additionally, Landlord and Tenant agree to the percentage specified in Section 1 as Tenant’s Pro Rata Share, which is based on the Rentable Area of the Leased Premises and the Rentable Area of the Building specified in Section 1.


More Definitions of Rentable Area of the Building

Rentable Area of the Building means (and is hereby deemed to be) 195,175 square feet of Rentable Area.
Rentable Area of the Building means (and is hereby deemed to be) 116,621 square feet of Rentable Area.
Rentable Area of the Building means the total amount of all Rentable Area within the Building as measured in accordance with BOMA Standards.
Rentable Area of the Building. The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(9), which represents the sum of the rentable area of all space intended for occupancy in the Building, calculated in accordance with the BOMA Standard.
Rentable Area of the Building means 217,500 square feet. If the Premises being leased to Tenant hereunder include one or more floors within the Building in their entirety, the definition of Premises with respect to such full floor(s) shall include all corridors and restroom facilities located on such floor(s). Unless specifically provided herein to the contrary, the Premises shall not include any telephone closets, electrical closets, janitorial closets, equipment rooms or similar areas on any full or partial floor that are used by Landlord for the operation of the Building."
Rentable Area of the Building means approximately 158,348 rentable square feet, subject to adjustment in accordance with BOMA standards.
Rentable Area of the Building. One hundred ninety one thousand three hundred nineteen (191,319) square feet.
