Rent Period definition

Rent Period means, with respect to the first Rent Period, the period that begins on the Commencement Date and ends on the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the first anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs; thereafter each succeeding Rent Period shall commence on the day following the end of the preceding Rent Period, and shall extend for 12 consecutive months.
Rent Period means (i) in the case of Base Rate Advances, means the period from, and including, a Quarterly Payment Date to, but excluding, the next succeeding Quarterly Payment Date; and (ii) with respect to any LIBOR Advance:
Rent Period means each period ascertained in accordance with clause 5.1 (Rent Periods);

Rent Period means in the case of LIBOR Advances, either a 1, 2, 3 or 6 month period; provided that:
Rent Period means, with respect to the first Rent Period, the period that begins on the Fixed Rent Start Date and ends on the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the first anniversary of the Fixed Rent Start Date occurs; thereafter each succeeding Rent Period shall commence on the day following the end of the preceding Rent Period, and shall extend for 12 consecutive months; provided, however, the final Rent Period shown in the Fixed Rent chart above shall end on the Expiration Date.
Rent Period means any period commencing on any given Rent Date and ending on the day immediately preceding the next succeeding Rent Date, provided, however, that the last Rent Period shall end on the Expiration Date.
Rent Period means (a) for the initial Rent Period, a period commencing on the Delivery Date to but excluding the first Payment Date and (b) for each other Rent Period, each period commencing on a Payment Date to but excluding the next Payment Date; provided that any Rent Period that would otherwise extend beyond the Lease Expiration Date shall end on the Lease Expiration Date.
Rent Period means each period equal to one calendar month occurring during the Term hereof, except that: (a) the first Rent Period shall be a partial calendar month commencing on the date of disbursement of the initial proceeds hereof and ending on July 2, 1995, (b) the second Rent Period shall be a partial calendar month commencing on July 3, 1995 and ending on July 19, 1995; (c) Commencing July 20, 1995 and ending on the nineteenth day of the last calendar month of the Construction Period, the Rent Period shall commence on the twentieth day of each calendar month and end on the nineteenth day of the subsequent calendar month; (d) the Rent Period preceding the Rent Commencement Date shall be a partial calendar month commencing on the twentieth day of the last calendar month of the Construction Period and ending on the last day of such calendar month; and (e) the last Rent Period shall be a partial calendar month commencing on the first LIBOR Business Day of the last calendar month of the Term and ending on the last day of the Term.
Rent Period means the period beginning on each Basic Rent Payment Date and ending as of (but excluding) the following Basic Rent Payment Date.
Rent Period means each period commencing on (but excluding) a Scheduled Payment Date (or, in the case of the initial Rent Period, commencing on (and including) the Acquisition Date) and ending on (and including) the next succeeding Scheduled Payment Date.
