Renovation plan definition

Renovation plan means a plan that outlines the scope of work of the project and shall include the following:
Renovation plan means that portion of the Property Improvement Plan attached hereto as Schedule VIII corresponding to the amounts listed under “Year 3” on such Schedule, which was delivered by Owner to Original Lender on or prior to the Closing Date.
Renovation plan means a written proposal submitted by an owner of commercial property in connection with a reapplication for special assessment pursuant to ORS 358.540 (3) that is in compliance with rules adopted by the State Historic Preservation Officer for the submission and content of renovation plans.

Related to Renovation plan

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
