Renovation plan means a plan that outlines the scope of work of the project and shall include the following:

  • Borrower shall complete the Renovation Plan in a good and workmanlike manner and in a diligent fashion following the commencement of the Renovation Plan Replacements, but no later than the first anniversary of the Closing Date.

Related to Renovation plan

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
