Franchisee will have the right to obtain a Renewal Unit Addendum subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of clause 2.5 of the Franchise Agreement.

Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.
Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;
Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.
Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.
Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).
Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
Work Unit means a working department or service, as defined by the Employer.
UK Addendum means the International Data Transfer Addendum (version B1.0) issued by the Information Commissioner's Office under S119(A) of the UK Data Protection Act 2018, as may be amended, superseded, or replaced from time to time.
SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.
Addendum Agreement is defined in Section 8.2.
Service or Element Description Recurring Charges:
Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;
