Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the term, XOOM will send you a renewal notice describing additional service plans for your consideration. If you do not choose a new service plan upon expiration of the term and do not terminate your Agreement, your Agreement will be automatically renewed under one of XOOM’s available fixed rate plans at the price in effect at the time of your renewal. You will not be charged an early termination fee if you terminate such renewal no later than seven business days after receiving your first billing statement for the renewed contract. XOOM reserves the right, with thirty (30) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service to accommodate any change in regulations, law, tariff or other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement.

No later than forty-five (45) days prior the end of the term, XOOM will send you a renewal notice describing additional service plans and the ability to disenroll for your consideration, in the event XOOM elects to renew this Agreement. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement. If you do not advise XOOM by the specified date, this Agreement will automatically renew at the rate specified in the notice. XOOM will enroll you in a new service agreement, or terminate your existing agreement with XOOM in accordance with its terms, prior to your next bill read date so long as you notify XOOM of your request to enroll or disenroll at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of your next bill read date. You may notify XOOM by calling 0-000-000-0000, by sending an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by submitting electronic termination request on XOOM’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx. XOOM reserves the right, with fifteen (15) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service or price to accommodate any change in regulations, pricing structure, law, tariff or other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement.

If you decide not to choose a new service plan upon the expiration of the term, the price for gas provided under this Agreement will become a basic rate plan described in your renewal notice which will continue month-to-month until terminated by either you or XOOM. XOOM reserves the right, with fifteen (15) days’ notice, to amend this Agreement to adjust its service to accommodate any change in regulations, law, tariff, other change in procedure required by any third party that may affect XOOM’s ability to continue to serve you under this Agreement, or to make other changes as XOOM sees fit.
