Remuneration Act definition

Remuneration Act means the Act on the Rules of Remunerating Persons Who Direct Certain Companies, dated June 9th 2016 (consolidated text: Dz.U. of 2019, item 1885, as amended);
Remuneration Act means the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers Act, 1998(Act No. 20 of 1998);
Remuneration Act means the Dutch Act on the Remuneration Policies of Financial Undertakings (Wet beloningsbeleid financiële ondernemingen) as adopted by the Dutch Senate on 27 January 2015 and as effective as of 7 February 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • EU Data Protection Law means (i) prior to 25 May 2018, Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data ("Directive") and on and after 25 May 2018, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"); and (ii) Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of Personal Data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and applicable national implementations of it (as may be amended, superseded or replaced).

  • Interpretation Act means the Interpretation Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;

The term “essential functions” is defined in Government Code section 12926. “Medical leave” does not include leave taken for an employee’s pregnancy disability, as defined in (n) below, except as specified below in section 11093(c)(1).
