Removed Part definition

Removed Part means any Part not installed on the Aircraft so long as title thereto remains vested in Lessor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Removed Part has the meaning given to it in clause 13.2 (Removed Engines and Parts);
Removed Part means a defective part that is removed from a Gateway Product and replaced (rather than repaired) in the course of repairing such Gateway Product;

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.
