Removal of Personnel. TFC may request that the Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

Removal of Personnel. The Department may give Notice, on reasonable grounds related to the performance of the Services, requiring the Provider to remove Personnel from work on the Services. The Provider must, at its own cost, promptly arrange for the removal of such Personnel from work on the Services and replacement with Personnel acceptable to the Department. Provision of replacement Personnel For the purposes of clause 53.1, if the Provider is unable to provide replacement Personnel who are acceptable to the Department, the Department may terminate this Agreement under clause 61 [Termination for default].

The Corporation may, at any time after the commencement of the Work and at its sole discretion, direct the Contractor in writing to remove any member of the Contractor’s Personnel from the performance of the Work. The Contractor shall immediately comply with such direction and shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, replace, or procure the replacement of, such person with another person suitably qualified and acceptable to Corporation. The Contractor shall bear the costs of any such removal and replacement.
Removal of Personnel. If in the opinion of the UNDP any of the Contractor’s Employees prove themselves incapable of substantially carrying out their duties and/or are fundamentally unsuitable for the services, it shall be at the discretion of the UNDP to decide if and when the employment of such Contractor’s employees under the RLA shall be terminated and the Contractor be required to replace him. In this event the Contractor shall, on receipt of instructions from the UNDP, comply forthwith and shall assign new persons in accordance with the provisions of Article 3. Such withdrawal or replacement shall not be a cause for suspension of the RLA. Any costs or expenses resulting from any withdrawal or replacement of persons pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article 4 shall be borne by the Contractor.

If in the opinion of the UNDP any of the Contractor’s Employees prove themselves incapable of substantially carrying out their duties and/or are fundamentally unsuitable for the services, it shall be at the discretion of the UNDP to decide if and when the employment of such Contractor’s employees under the RLA shall be terminated and the Contractor be required to replace him. In this event the Contractor shall, on receipt of instructions from the UNDP, comply forthwith and shall assign new persons in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.
Removal of Personnel. Upon written request by the BCRC-Caribbean, the Consultant shall withdraw from the field any personnel provided under this Contract and shall replace such personnel by other acceptable to the BCRC-Caribbean, if the BCRC-Caribbean so requests. The BCRC-Caribbean shall give reason in writing for any such requests. All costs and additional expenses resulting from the replacement, for whatever reason, of any of the Consultant’s personnel shall be borne by the Consultant. Such withdrawal shall not be considered as termination in part or in total of this Contract under the provisions of paragraph 12 “Termination” hereafter.
Removal of Personnel. The Contractor shall immediately remove any of its employees, contractors and/or agents performing Services under this Contract: (i) if it becomes known to the Contractor that such person may be a danger to the health or safety of the campus community; or (ii) at the request of the University, based on a concern of community or individual safety.
Removal of Personnel. 1. Upon notice by the UNWTO, the Contractor shall forthwith withdraw any person assigned to work or perform services in connection with this Contract and shall assign new persons in accordance with the provisions of Article 3. Such withdrawal or replacement shall not be a cause for suspension of the Contract.
