Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.

Remote location means a location from which a member of a legislative body participates in a meeting pursuant to subdivision (f), other than any physical meeting location designated in the notice of the meeting. Remote locations need not be accessible to the public.
Notary means any practising attorney who is admitted and enrolled to practise as a notary in terms of this Act;
Remote state means a member state other than the home state, where a licensee is exercising or seeking to exercise the compact privilege.

Bankruptcy Remote Party means each of the Seller, the Issuer, any other trust created by the Seller or any limited liability company or corporation wholly-owned by the Seller.
Remote Instructions means instructions given to the Financial Institution with respect to the operation of the Account from a remote location, using a computer, a Mobile Device, fax, via the Financial Institution’s online banking system, email, text message transmission, or other remote communication acceptable to the Financial Institution to operate the Account or authorize Transactions and make arrangements with the Financial Institution.
Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM. A Remote Terminal may contain active electronics such as digital loop carriers, fiber hubs, DSLAMs, etc.
Remote access means that inspection can be made without the need to physically visit the courthouse where the court record is maintained.
Official Receiver means the Official Assignee appointed under the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20) and includes the deputy of any such Official Assignee and any person appointed as Assistant Official Assignee;
Remote Premises means all Qwest Premises, other than Qwest Wire Centers or adjacent to Qwest Wire Centers. Such Remote Premises include controlled environmental vaults, controlled environmental huts, cabinets, pedestals and other Remote Terminals.
Notary public means an individual commissioned to perform a notarial act by the secretary of state.
Town Clerk means a town officer elected pursuant to 24 V.S.A.
Remote communication means communication via electronic communication, conference telephone, videoconference, the internet, or such other means by which persons not physically present in the same location may communicate with each other on a substantially simultaneous basis.
Macau means the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China;
Gazette means the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Gazette;
County Attorney means the County Attorney of the County of Suffolk.
Organisers means the organization named as the Organiser(s) of the Exhibition on the Application Form.
SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Governing Board of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
