Remote Deposit Capture Service definition

Remote Deposit Capture Service or the “Service” means all information, web-based services, technological infrastructure and installed software on the Client’ computers, which allow the Client to submit Checks for deposit through the Internet.
Remote Deposit Capture Service or “Service” means the use of software and/or hardware provided by SACU to capture images of eligible items and deposit them to eligible accounts.
Remote Deposit Capture Service or "Service" means the services discussed in this section in which you can take a picture of a check for deposit with us.

Remote Deposit Capture Service means the use of software and/or hardware provided by Canvas to capture images of eligible items and deposit them to eligible accounts.
Remote Deposit Capture Service means this service, by which you may process Checks for deposit to an Account electronically as described in this Section 30.   • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.
