Remote Assistance definition

Remote Assistance refers to services provided to eXo customers that specifically address customer installations of the Software. These service sessions are usually fulfilled over the phone and through interactive web discussions, have a pre- defined outcome and a fixed scope.
Remote Assistance means assistance by Korbitec’s support personnel in connection with the Software, either telephonically or by some other electronic means, but excludes any assistance or training provided to the Firm at its premises.
Remote Assistance means assistance provided by Infopackets Support Personnel which is not at the premises of the customer and includes Remote Desktop Support.
