REMIC I Regular Interests. The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC I designated as “regular interests” in the table titled “REMIC I Interests” in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The REMIC I Regular Interests, together with the Class R-1 Residual Interest, shall be deemed to be a separate series of beneficial interests in the assets of the Trust consisting of the REMIC I Assets pursuant to Section 3806(b)(2) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
REMIC I Regular Interests. The Classes of undivided beneficial interests in REMIC I designated as “regular interests” in the table titled “REMIC I Interests” in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • The following table irrevocably sets forth the designation, the Uncertificated REMIC I Pass-Through Rate, the initial Uncertificated Principal Balance and, for purposes of satisfying Treasury Regulation Section 1.860G-1(a)(4)(iii), the “latest possible maturity date” for each of the REMIC I Regular Interests (as defined herein).

  • With respect to the REMIC I Regular Interests, the owner of the REMIC I Regular Interests, which as of the Closing Date shall be the Trust.

REMIC I Regular Interests. The REMIC I Regular Interests, with such terms as described in Section 5.01(c).
REMIC I Regular Interests means, collectively, the uncertificated interests designated as "regular interests" in REMIC I, which shall consist of, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, an interest having an initial Certificate Balance equal to the Cut-Off Date Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, and which has a Pass-Through Rate equal to the REMIC I Net Mortgage Rate of such Mortgage Loan.
REMIC I Regular Interests means, collectively, the uncertificated interests designated as “regular interests” (within the meaning of the REMIC Provisions) in REMIC I, each of which relates to a separate specific Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan) and any Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan that may replace such Mortgage Loan, has an initial REMIC I Principal Amount equal to the Cut-Off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, and has a Pass-Through Rate equal to the applicable REMIC I Net Mortgage Rate from time to time.
REMIC I Regular Interests. The Classes of interests in the REMIC I Trust Fund designated as "regular interests" in the table titled "REMIC I Interests" in the Preliminary Statement hereto.
