Remediation Period definition

Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);
Remediation Period means the time period between the first occurrence of the Remediation Event and the resolution of such Remediation Event which period may not exceed a total of ninety (90) days unless extended pursuant to Section 12.4.

Examples of Remediation Period in a sentence

  • Purchaser shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Seller at any time prior to the earlier of: (i) the expiration of the Remediation Period; or (ii) the parties’ written agreement for a remedy to all unsatisfactory conditions or waiver thereof.

  • The Initial Delivery Date shall not occur during a Remediation Period.

  • The number of days of the Buyer Remediation Review Period shall not be included in calculating the number of days of the Remediation Period.


More Definitions of Remediation Period

Remediation Period means thirty (30) Business Days from the date upon which Homes England serves notice on the Lead Partner pursuant to Clause 25.7 (Default Events and Termination);
