Remediation Cost definition

Remediation Cost has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(b).
Remediation Cost means, the estimated total cost for completing all necessary work plans or removal or remediation actions with respect to any Phase I or Phase II report with respect to real property in which the Company or the Bank holds any interest.
Remediation Cost means the cost to remedy any Environmental Liability using the most cost effective methods and manner that satisfy applicable Environmental Laws, and which are consistent with the continued use of the affected Assets in the same capacity and for the same purposes as they were being used on the Effective Date.
