Remedial Work Plan definition

Remedial Work Plan means the overall plan, developed for each site, that contains as a minimum the remedial objectives, an overview of the extent of contamination at the site and closure conditions to remove the Process from the site.
Remedial Work Plan means a written plan created by the City that outlines the remedial work that shall be carried out, the timing for the completion of such remedial work and the manner in which such remedial work shall be undertaken.
Remedial Work Plan is defined in Subsection 4.3.3.

  • If the Department determines following the close of the public comment period that modifications to the proposed Remedial Work Plan are needed, Applicant agrees to negotiate appropriate modifications to such Work Plan.

Related to Remedial Work Plan

  • Remedial Work has the meaning assigned such term in Section 8.10(a).

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • aerial work means an aircraft operation in which an aircraft is used for specialised services such as agriculture, construction, photography, surveying, observation and patrol, search and rescue, and aerial advertisement;

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Remediation waste management site means a facility where an owner or operator is or will be treating, storing or disposing of hazardous remediation wastes. A remediation waste management site is not a facility that is subject to corrective action under § 264.101 of this regulation, but is subject to corrective action requirements if the site is located in such a facility.
