Remedial Maintenance definition

Remedial Maintenance means that maintenance performed by the Contractor which results from Equipment (including Operating Software) failure, and which is performed as required, i.e., on an unscheduled basis.
Remedial Maintenance means to remedy, repair and correct malfunctions, breakdowns and/or faults in the Equipment and Equipment software;
Remedial Maintenance means rectification of a hardware failure to restore the Equipment to the configuration and functionality which existed prior to the failure and to the point of passing the Suppliers diagnostic testing applicable to that Equipment;

Examples of Remedial Maintenance in a sentence

  • PES shall provide the Remedial Maintenance Services at its Depot; provided, however, that if Remedial Maintenance Services are required for 10 or more Products at any given time, Customer may elect to have such services provided at its Designated Location; provided, further, that all Remedial Maintenance Services provided for central count equipment shall be provided at Customer‟s Designated Location.

  • If the Remedial Maintenance Services are being performed pursuant to Subsection 1(c)(ii) above, Customer shall pay PES for the use of the Loaner Unit at PES‟ then-current rates including the cost of shipping.

  • If Customer requires PES to provide “emergency” Remedial Maintenance Services (which shall be defined as Remedial Maintenance Services that are provided within 48 hours after Customer notifies PES of the need therefore), and such emergency Remedial Maintenance Services are not needed as a result of an action, error or omission by PES, Customer shall pay a surcharge, as set forth on Attachment 1.

  • At Customer‟s request and if such product is available, PES shall use reasonable efforts to promptly make available to Customer a product that is the same as, or substantially similar to, the Product for which Remedial Maintenance Services are being performed (a “Loaner Unit”).

  • The date(s) on which any Remedial Maintenance Services shall be provided shall be mutually agreed upon by PES and Customer.


More Definitions of Remedial Maintenance

Remedial Maintenance means maintenance performed by Supplier which is necessary to return inoperative or malfunctioning Purchases to good operating condition.
Remedial Maintenance means the service required to be performed, whether on-site or off-site, to restore the Hardware to a condition allowing performance in accordance with the Contractor's Specifications and the Customer's Functional Specifications for that Hardware, examples of which services may be:  time and materials maintenance servicepick up and delivery maintenance service  return to depot maintenance service  swap-in/swap-out maintenance service;
Remedial Maintenance means unscheduled, on-call Maintenance (i) to correct an Outage, (ii) to restore operations to above Critical Service Levels, or (iii) to restore the Equipment and the System to good operating condition, as more fully described in Schedule A.
Remedial Maintenance means the remedying, repairing and correcting of malfunctions, breakdowns and/or faults in the Equipment;
Remedial Maintenance or "RM" means the repair of equipment with parts, materials, and labor to restore performance to the designed function in the event of any breakdown or stoppage of equipment where the equipment is unable to perform its designed function.
Remedial Maintenance means maintenance performed, or required to be performed, by Licensor upon the written or oral request of Caltrans to place the applicable Licensed Program back into operating condition in accordance with the Documentation, after it has become inoperative or subject to malfunction.
Remedial Maintenance means the furnishing of any goods and services necessary to correct a Failure that has occurred or appeared. It includes the furnishing of any and all required supplies, parts (including temporary or permanent replacement of all or part of the Unit) and labor necessary to correct a Failure.
