Remedial Action Work Plan definition

Remedial Action Work Plan means the document developed pursuant to Paragraph 11 and approved by EPA, and any modifications thereto.

Remedial Action Work Plan or “RAWP” means the written documentation prepared and certified by licensed qualified environmental and/or engineering firms to satisfy New Jersey Technical Requirements for Site Remediation (N.J.A.C. 7:26E-6.2).
