Remarketing Settlement Agent definition

Remarketing Settlement Agent means the entity appointed as such by the Fund with respect to a Remarketing of any Series of the RVMTP Shares and any additional or successor entities appointed by the Fund pursuant to a Remarketing Settlement Agent Agreement with the Fund.
Remarketing Settlement Agent means the entity appointed as such by the Corporation with respect to a Remarketing of any Series of the VMTP Shares and any additional or successor entities appointed by the Corporation pursuant to a Remarketing Settlement Agent Agreement with the Corporation.
Remarketing Settlement Agent means the entity appointed as such by the Fund with respect to the 2018 VMTP Shares and any additional or successor entities appointed by the Fund.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means (i) in the case of a Successful Optional Remarketing, (x) if the remarketed Notes are priced before 4:30 p.m. New York City time on the Optional Remarketing Date for such Successful Optional Remarketing, the third Business Day immediately following such Optional Remarketing Date and (y) otherwise, the fourth Business Day following the relevant Optional Remarketing Date, and (ii) in the case of a Final Remarketing, the Purchase Contract Settlement Date.
