Remarketing Fees definition

Remarketing Fees. With respect to the Servicer's activities of remarketing an Interval relating to a Defaulted Receivable for which the Servicer did not exercise the Servicer Purchase/Substitution Option, an amount equal to 50% of the gross resale proceeds of such Interval.
Remarketing Fees means the amount due the Remarketing Agent under the Remarketing Agreement.
Remarketing Fees means the fees payable to the Remarketing Agents as set forth in any Remarketing Agency Agreement.

Related to Remarketing Fees

  • Remarketing Fee has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(i).
