Remaining Premises definition

Remaining Premises means the Related Premises which are not Affected Premises under Paragraph 18.
Remaining Premises. ’ means any Premises that Landlord continues to own after a Total Loss.
Remaining Premises means all areas of the Premises not included in the Premises leased to the Corporation by the Landlord pursuant to this Lease.

More Definitions of Remaining Premises

Remaining Premises means the Remaining Premises defined in Clause 10.16(iii).
Remaining Premises means that portion of the Building located on the first floor designated as Suite 150 described on the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 1.1.6 "Rentable Area of the Premises" means 8,388 rentable square feet; consisting of 2,364 rentable square feet in the Initial Premises and 5,024 rentable square feet in the Remaining Premises. 1.1.7 "Initial Term" means a period of three (3) years plus the part of a month mentioned in Section 3.1, commencing on the Initial Premises Commencement Date and ending as provided in Section 3.1.
Remaining Premises means the Related Premises which are not Affected Premises under Paragraph 18 or Assignment Premises under Paragraph 21. "Renewal Date" shall mean Renewal Date as defined in Paragraph 5(b). "Rent" shall mean, collectively, Basic Rent and Additional Rent.
Remaining Premises means any Leased Premises that is not an Affected Premises under Paragraph 18.
Remaining Premises refers to the portion of the Premises which Tenant shall ultimately occupy, whether that portion is ultimately determined to be the 13th Floor Premises or the 15th Floor Premises in accordance with Section 2.5 of this Fourth Amendment. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the terms of this Fourth Amendment provide a material benefit to both parties by significantly reducing Tenant’s Lease obligations while permitting Tenant to continue to use and occupy a portion of the Premises without the costs and uncertainties of litigation or other legal process.
Remaining Premises. The portion of the Premises that is not included in the Sublease Premises. Security Deposit: $266,072.06 (which may be in a form of a letter of credit in a form and substance acceptable to Sublandlord in its sole discretion).
