Remaining Fees definition

Remaining Fees means the product obtained by multiplying Remaining Months times Monthly Average.
Remaining Fees means an amount equal to the Throughput Fee (as defined in the Fee Letter) that would have become due for the period commencing on the date on which this Agreement is terminated under Section 20.2 and ending on the Expiration Date.
Remaining Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 9.7(b).

Examples of Remaining Fees in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Executive will not be eligible to receive the Severance Benefits (or any payments or benefits from the Company other than the Remaining Fees and Accrued Benefits) if he fails to timely enter into this Agreement, the Consulting Agreement or the Additional Release.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Executive will not be eligible to receive the Separation Benefits (or any payments or benefits from the Company other than the Remaining Fees and the Accrued Obligations and any benefits to which Executive may be entitled under the Stock Options pursuant to the terms of the applicable stock option agreements) if he fails to timely enter into this Agreement, the Consulting Agreement, and the Additional Release.

Related to Remaining Fees

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Accrued Servicing Fees based upon the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Liquidation Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 2.04.

  • Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.

  • Class Expenses means expenses incurred by a particular Class in connection with a shareholder services arrangement or a distribution plan that is specific to such Class or any other differing share of expenses or differing fees, in each case pursuant to a plan adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act, as such plan or Rule may be amended from time to time;

  • Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)   • Drawing Fee means, with respect to each Draft drawn by TCCI and purchased by any Person on any Drawing Date and subject to the provisions of Section 2.15, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Rate times the aggregate Face Amount of the Draft, multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the term to maturity of such Draft and the denominator of which is 365 or 366, as applicable.

  • L/C Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(c).

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Lump Sum Payment means, collectively, the lump-sum payments that may be payable to Executive pursuant to the first sentence of Subsection 6(b)(iii) and pursuant to Subsection 6(c)(ii)(B).

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).

  • Meeting Fees means fees for attending a meeting of the Board or one of its Committees as set forth in Section 5.3 hereof.

  • Distribution Expenses means, with respect to all rights granted to LGF hereunder, one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate of all actual, direct, out-of-pocket, third xxxxx costs expended or incurred by LGF in direct connection with the distribution and exploitation of the Picture throughout the Territory in all media, including, without limitation, all DLT Creation Costs, and all conversion, manufacturing, duplication, shipping, marketing, advertising, promotion and publicity costs, and all costs to complete Delivery of the Picture (to the extent (i) LGF elects to cure any failure of Grantor to complete Delivery of the Picture in accordance with the Delivery Schedule and/or (ii) LGF is required to take "access" to any Delivery Materials pursuant to the Delivery Schedule; and/or fiii) Grantor is not required to deliver such elements under the Delivery Schedule).
